Funding position
Honest Politics is currently funded by its founder and does not accept donations or loans through this website. No donor has purchased policy, candidacy, appointment or private political influence.
Founder and authority
Max Brocklesby founded Honest Politics and currently holds final political and strategic authority. This concentration is stated openly. A registered party would require a constitution, financial scheme and meaningful governance beyond one person.
Relevant interests
The founder owns and operates commercial businesses. Any policy, supplier, appointment or financial decision that could reasonably be affected by a personal interest should be declared and managed before a formal decision is taken.
Before fundraising
A separate gate requires an appropriate receiving entity, finance ownership, bank and payment controls, donor verification, permissibility checks, aggregation, reporting, privacy, accounting and public disclosure.
